Rotary joint for mounting coating guns

Achieving independent rotation of the coating gun! A joint that improves the coating efficiency of high-viscosity materials.

The "Rotary Joint" enables the independent rotation of the spray gun, improving the application efficiency of high-viscosity materials. It eliminates twisting and entanglement of hoses, enhancing the efficiency of the application work. Paint and air are connected through grooves carved into the inside of the housing, allowing the spray gun to rotate independently. The robot is not restricted by hoses or other components. 【Features】 ■ Lightweight and compact size of 3.4 kg ■ Can be attached to existing spray guns ■ Uses a special packing that transports high-viscosity materials without leakage ■ Temperature-controlled water circulation available (optional) ■ All connection parts are made of stainless steel for improved corrosion resistance For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Contributing to Cost Reduction and Environmental Conservation through Efficiency in Steam Management

Improve efficiency through steam management, contributing to cost reduction and environmental conservation!

At the paper manufacturing company, in the dry part of the paper machine (the machine used to produce paper), there was a high usage of steam, leading to increased costs, and frequent maintenance was causing issues in terms of time, effort, and expenses. Issues: 1. The amount of steam supplied to the cylinder dryers is excessive. 2. To increase production, there is a desire to increase machine speed. 3. The wear of the seal rings (carbon) in the rotary joints currently in use is rapid, resulting in significant losses due to steam leaks, and maintenance requires a considerable amount of time and effort. 4. There are temperature inconsistencies on the surface of the cylinder dryers, leading to poor product yield. In the process of manufacturing thick paper at the paper mill, a large amount of steam is introduced into several large cylinder dryers (approximately φ2000) to heat the surface and facilitate drying.

Cylinder TS type rotary core puller

Neutron taper 0° possible rod rotation cylinder

The rotary core puller allows for the rotation (release) of the core during extraction, making it possible to set the core taper, which was previously necessary, to 0°, thus enabling net shaping.
